Kempelen, Media Art and History Exhibition on Wolfgang von Kempelen. Organised by C3 in collaboration with ZKM on 24 March - 28 May 2007 at Mucsarnok in Budapest.
The project followed the history of automata with an extensive exhibition showing models and originals of historical works as well as contemporary examples of artworks related to the theme. Documents and portraits of the era provided an excellent contextualization of Kempelen’s life and times.
