Marcin Giżycki (26 September 1951 – 21 October 2022) was a Polish film and art historian, critic, and filmmaker. Editor-in-Chief of Animafilm magazine (1979-81). Senior Lecturer at RISD (since 1988). Expert at Polish Film Institute (since 2005). Artistic Director of “Animator” International Animated Film Festival in Poznan, Poland (since 2007).
