Michaela Kučová (1988) is a writer and cultural organiser based in Bratislava. She is founding editor of women's periodical Kurník (2016). She graduated in theatre management from the Academy of Performing Arts, Bratislava, and art history from the Masaryk University, Brno. She worked in Open Society Foundation, Bratislava, where she coordinated projects such as Question of Will and a series of artistic interventions against neo-nazism and racism, Prechádzka. She has collaborated on such projects as PechaKucha Night Bratislava, Dymová hora, the Oskár Čepan Award, White Night, the Brak festival and [fjúžn] festival. She published in Denník N, SME, Pravda, Vlna, Artalk, Kapitál, and on a regular basis in the music portal Hudba.sk.
