Born 1932 in Ostrava. Died 1988 in Drábsko, Slovakia. Studied painting at the Vysoká škola výtvarných umení v Bratislave, Bratislava (1958–1960). 1961–1965 co-founder of the group Confrontation.

1967, Konstruktive Tendenzen aus der Tschechoslowakei, Studiogalerie, Johann Wolfgang Goethe University, Frankfurt am Main.
