Born 1931. Died 1993. Video artist, illustrator, graphic artist, painter, filmmaker, director. Graduated AVU (prof Vlastimil Rada) in Prague. Founded Animation Department at FAMU. 1987 initiated the founding of Video Section of the Union of Czechoslovak Artists, later Association of Video and Inter-Media Art, which he directed until his death.
