Sarah van Sonsbeeck is a Dutch artist whose work is marked by a detailed attention to architectural perception, silence, noise and human interaction. Her architectural training informs her artistic practice and brings to debate potent socio-political themes concerned with power and intimacy. Her recent publication Mental Space – How my Neighbours became Buildings was made with the support of the Fonds BKVB and presented at Annet Gelink Gallery in 2010.
