Encompassing a broad range of arts, media and curatorial practice, his work has been internationally acknowledged. Recently commissioned by UNESCO, Water Mirrors a collaboration with Daniel Escoabar, Cali, Colombia and York, UK in 2020 Water Mirrosand exhibition Mobile Home, for Next-Art Tainan, 2019.

He is also the Artistic Director of ArtBomb and his curatorial work includes major exhibitions, festivals and commissions world-wide.

After four years research and collaboration, Escaping Gravity, Airship Dreams, an collaborative ambitious immersive installation/performance and a co-curated exhibition, realised at the Higgins Museum Bedford in 2021, commissioned by Bedford Creative Arts and for tour in 2022.

Current research subjects include: transport, art and ecology and art in the public realm. He has won more than a dozen major international awards, including Barbara London Prize, Echigo Tsumari Trienalle. He is Honorary Professor at Liverpool University & UTS, Sydney, made FRSA and awarded a Fleck Fellowship, Banff, Canada in 2002.
