László Beke

Born 1944, Szombathely, Hungary. Studied art history at Eötvös Loránd University in Budapest. 1969–1986 research fellow in art history at the Research Institute for Art History of the Hungarian Academy of Sciences. Since 1990 professor of interdisciplinary studies, Magyar Képzomüvészeti Egyetem, Budapest. Since 1995 general director of the Mücsarnok in Budapest. He lives in Budapest.
