Cecilia Åsberg is a PhD, Docent and Linköping University Associate Professor, works in the scholarly intersections of where transdisciplinary gender studies meet up — critically and creatively - with the dynamic materialisms of feminist theory, body studies, cultural studies, human-animal studies, science and technology studies, posthuman ethics, medical, environmental and societal concerns. One of the co-directors of a Swedish centre for Gender Excellence (GEXcel International Collegium), she is also the founding director of the research platform The Posthumanities Hub.
