Could Be

Could Be was a periodical published in English and Korean by the Seoul Museum of Art in the framework of SeMA Biennale Mediacity Seoul 2016. It comprised four issues that were released intermittently, focusing on topics suggested by the editorial board members at the Open Editorial Meeting.

The editors were Yekyung Kil (Korea, editor and translator), Keiko Sei (Thailand/Myanmar/Japan, writer and curator), Chimurenga (South Africa, publishing and exhibition project team), and Miguel A. Lopez (Costa Rica/Peru, writer and curator). Moon Jung Jang (US/Korea, graphic designer) collaborated as an art director and design advisor.
