Harpefoss kunstarena is a non-profit art organisation, artist residency and event organiser that has worked over time to develop and establish a centre for site-specific art in Norway, in recent years also through international collaborations with other organisations. Its activities consist of exhibitions, process-oriented collaborative projects, publishing, workshops and a year-round programme of site-specific art. The aim is to contribute to developing and strengthening the dissemination of artist-initiated projects and site-oriented practices. An important part of the organisation's activities is collaboration with schools and educational projects, courses and workshops for the public, and artist residencies and workshops with artists, art groups, curators and writers.

Harpefoss kunstarena produces and publishes books, films and art in public space projects. TILT was established in 2016 as a platform for productions carried out in various formats and as interdisciplinary projects. Art publications, films, workshops and art in public space projects involve artists, writers and musicians, but also other disciplines such as architecture and design. (2025)
