Incommunicado - information technology for everybody else was an working conference held 16-17 June 2005 in De Balie, Amsterdam. Provided critical survey of the current state of 'info-development', also known as the catchy acronym 'ICT4D' (ICT for development). Concept: Geert Lovink and Soenke Zehle. Organized by the Institute of Network Cultures together with Waag Society and the New Media Centre Sarai (Delhi).
