Produzentengruppe ATV (Alternativ TV) was a video project by Ulrike Rosenbach, Marcel Odenbach and Klaus vom Bruch. Broadcast from an artist studio in Cologne, converted into a television studio and transmitter that operated within a radius of a few hundred metres. [1]
