Benjamin Vautier (18 July 1935, Naples, Italy – 5 June 2024, Nice, France), also known as Ben, was a French-Swiss artist. He became known in the late 1960s for his works based on his ‘writings’, which he produced in a variety of forms. He was a member of the Fluxus movement and had links with Lettrism.
