Seth Price was born in 1973 in East Jerusalem, Palestine. He received a BA from Brown University in 1997, where he studied modern culture and media. In 2001 he began to work as an artist, and his first one-person exhibition was in 2004; major exhibitions of his work have since been presented around the world. His writings are widely anthologized and taught, and have been translated into eight languages. He lives in New York City.
