Artist, media design researcher. He is a Reader at the Center for Cultural Studies at the Goldsmiths, University of London. Until September 2006, he was responsible for the Media Design Research programme at Piet Zwart Institute along with Femke Snelting, and Course Director for the MA Media Design. Member of I/O/D and regular collaborator with Mongrel. He wrote on speculative software and media ecologies. Lives in South London.
