Gaspard-Félix Tournachon (known as Nadar, 6 April 1820 – 23 March 1910) was a French photographer, caricaturist, journalist, novelist, and balloonist. He is famous for his photographic portraits of many artist, musicians, writers of 19th century. His works are held in numerous national collections around the world.
