Artist and media design researcher. Fuller is a Reader at the Center for Cultural Studies at the Goldsmiths, University of London. Until September 2006, he was responsible for the Media Design Research programme at Piet Zwart Institute along with Femke Snelting, and worked as Course Director for the Media Design programme. Member of I/O/D and regular collaborator with Mongrel. He wrote on speculative software, media ecology and aesthetics. Lives in South London.
