Dušan Barok's work is concerned with digital culture, memory and activism. He is founding editor of Monoskop, a wiki for arts and studies, and has been involved in collectives such as 3/4, Burundi, Multiplace, La Société Anonyme and Society of Algorithm. (2024)

Dušan Barok er en kunstner, forsker og organisator som arbeider med digital kultur, minne og aktivisme. Han er grunnlegger og redaktør for den kunstnerstyrten plattformen for avantgarde medievitenskap Monoskop. (2021)

Dušan Barok is een onderzoeker en kunstenaar. Hij is afgestudeerd in Networked Media aan het Piet Zwart Institute, redigeert Monoskop en is medebeheerder van de Multiplace / Sanchez-server. (2021)

Dušan Barok ist ein in Bratislava (Tschechoslowakei) geborener Künstler, Forscher und Organisator. Seine Arbeit beschäftigt sich mit digitaler Kultur, Gedächtnisforschung und Aktivismus. Er ist Gründungsherausgeber von Monoskop, einer Forschungsplattform für avantgardistische Medienstudien, die er 2004 als Teil des Burundi-Kollektivs initiierte. (2023)
